Strade Bianche hospitality packages VIP 2025

The 2025 Strade Bianche Gran Fondo and Pro race weekend takes place in early March with the Pro race on Saturday 8 March 2025 and the Gran Fondo the day after on Sunday 9 March. The Strade Bianche is one of the most popular cycle races on the circuit with its unique character and a fantastic location in and around Siena in Tuscany, Italy. Even though the race has only been taking place in the last 12 years, it attracted a lot of attention and was added as a UCI World Tour event in 2017.

Strade Bianchi VIP Start and Finish Experience with Team Bus Area access €315 – Package 1

On Saturday, March 8th, 2025, you can enjoy a full day at the bike races. You will see both the elite women and the men take on the white gravel roads. The 2025 Strade Bianche Experiences all include a VIP area that combines a prime view of the racing action with complimentary food, beverages, and an electric atmosphere to enjoy with family, friends, or colleagues.

Book Start & Finish Hospitality and you will get access to the restricted Team Bus area, Start Village in the Fortezza Medicea and Finish Hospitality on the Piazza del Campo. Before the start enjoy the build-up to the event in the restricted Team Bus area and see the riders ready themselves for this epic challenge. There will be no better place to get an autograph or a photo from one of your idols! After the riders have set off, enjoy Siena before Finish Hospitality on the Piazza del Campo.

2025 Strade Bianche Experiencs all include a VIP area that combines a prime view of the racing action with complimentary food, beverages, and an electric atmosphere to enjoy with family, friends, or colleagues. Choose from Start, Finish, or Full-Day Race Car Experience.

Finish Line Hospitality Experience

Exclusive access to an indoor hospitality area, close to the finish line, and inside the historic and atmospheric Sala delle Lupe room
Authentic Tuscan food and drink will be on offer
The race will be broadcast live for you on large plasma screen televisions
As the race draws to a close, you can step outside, onto the famous Piazza del Campo, to see the final moments, in person, from the finish line
All taxes are included

A day in an official car (Drive experience) €1075 – Package 3 (On-request)

Our most popular VIP option is to spend the whole day on the course during the event. You will meet your driver at the start village and drive the course in front of the caravan. A packed lunch is included on the way and at the stage finish, you will enjoy finish hospitality in the finish hospitality bus.

Your day in the car will include:
Welcome and assignment of a daily pass
A seat in a VIP car on the racecourse
Access to the hospitality area at the start
A packed lunch
Access to the Hospitality Area at the finish line with non-stop open bar and finger-food catering
Race broadcast live on plasma TV screens at the finish

Please note that this is for a ticket only so no hotel or transport is included. At the time of booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. Nearer the time you will receive an itinerary with directions and details of the exact location of the stage start location. Your accreditation badge and wristband will be available for collection from the reception desk at the official start village.

Airport

Florence International Airport is named after one of the most famous Italians: Amerigo Vespucci. There is no train connection to the city from the airport. From Florence railway station there are good connections to all kinds of cities in Italy. The airport lies only 4 kilometers away from Florence. Shuttle buses leave every 30 minutes. Florence airport is only 80 kilometers away from the airport of Pisa, Galileo Galilei.
